Como es sabido, la interpretaci\u00f3n de KI67 puede variar entre observadores, lo que puede derivar en diagn\u00f3sticos inconsistentes y retrasos en la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. Nuestro objetivo es investigar y cuantificar esta variabilidad, evaluando el impacto de herramientas de inteligencia artificial en la optimizaci\u00f3n y precisi\u00f3n de los resultados diagn\u00f3sticos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fase 1 <\/strong>\u2013 Evaluaci\u00f3n interobservador: cada pat\u00f3logo analizar\u00e1 25 im\u00e1genes previamente seleccionadas y categorizadas, siguiendo criterios estandarizados para la evaluaci\u00f3n de KI67.<\/p>\n

Fase 2<\/strong> \u2013 Prueba de herramienta de IA: se invitar\u00e1 a los profesionales a participar en la evaluaci\u00f3n de una aplicaci\u00f3n desarrollada por Digpatho, que emplea algoritmos de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n para asistir al pat\u00f3logo en el an\u00e1lisis de KI67, complementando - y no reemplazando - su criterio profesional.<\/p>\n
